The Bushwacker cocktail was invented in 1975 on St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands by Tom Brokamp and Angie Conigliaro. Bushwacker is best served on the rocks, in layered shots, blended with puréed fruit in variations of classic cocktails, eggnog style as a holiday treat, blended with ice for a frozen delight, topped with chocolate or whipped cream, used as a cream substitute in baked goods, or blended with ice cream for a boozy milkshake!
