Sierra Nevada’s Torpedo Beer Cheese
Ingredients:
6 oz Torpedo Extra IPA
1/2 pound Aged Farmstead White Cheddar (diced)
1/2 pound Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard or Sierra Nevada’s Porter Mustard
1 Tbsp finely chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Using a food processor, pulse the cheddar until pea-sized.
Add all remaining ingredients except Torpedo
Resume pulsing until all ingredients are well mixed
While Processor runs, slowly add Torpedo until the mixture is a smooth puree
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour cheese into a baking dish & place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
